2004 Honda Civic Hybrid 1.3L MIL Lamp on
This Civic has a trouble code p0497: EVAP system low purge flow. I found a 0.0 volt reading in live data from the FTPS (fuel tank pressure sensor). Upon testing, I have confirmed that the sensor is good. Fuel filler cap removed, KOEO, there should be 2.5 volts...
