Vehicle came for rpm flunctuates between 600 to 1000 when sits at idle. I check for vacuum leak, good. Pull IAC valve off and carbon buid up. Replace with a new one and clean throttle. Vehicle still act up the same with rpm flunctuates. Any help would be appre...
