2006 Subaru Outback 2.5i 2.5L Hesitation, Surge
Loss of power up hill feels kinda like a pluged cat. I droped the exhaust still have the same problem. there are no codes in the pcm and the sensors look ok not sure if anyone hase seen this or has a good direction to go
