Car passed Ca. smog on all 3 gases. Idle was too high for timing check. So that’s all that failed. Was 1100 RPM. Customer came to me to adjust idle. I dropped it to 700 RPM using a diagram from Alldata. Definitely turned the correct screw. Have triple checked ...
