2007 Lexus IS250 2.5L No Start
Have all dash lights and green light on start button but vehicle will not turn over and will not [...] no communication with pcm or transmission modules but will communicate with all other [...] pcm 10 amp fuse and has power on both sides.i am not a lexus tech...
