1999 Mazda Protege DX 1.6L Phantom U Code
Customer came in with failed smog. Has been to several stations. Failure is for a "U" code. Using Mazda factory IDS and VCM, there are no codes. Using dyno to check OBD11 and there is one code. Have call into BAR field office as I feel this is a software issue...
