1999 Subaru Impreza Outback 2.2L No Start
Hello all, This is kind of an odd problem. Owner complains that the car is hard to start after refueling the car. Has to turn/crank over several times until before it starts. If you do not fill the car all the way, it still has problems but not as bad. Obvious...
