1994 Honda Accord LX 2.2L Excessive Emissions, Open loop closed loo
Vehicle failed for nox hc and co at a test only station. Egr worked fine then we replaced o2 sensor and converter. Then vehicle passed california smog test three times at my shop but every trip back to the test only shop it failed for hc and co. I then noticed...
