2000 Toyota Celica GT 1.8L MIL Lamp on
02 b1 s2 runnes at -6.2 at idle. At cruise can go too 26.3 when o2 on plugged still reads -6.2 . When o2 b1 s1 on is plugged goes 0.0 no change at all rpm.
