1994 Honda Civic LX 1.5L No Start
Having a problem starting. When it wont start the ck engine lite is staying on. There is no ground (control circuit) going to the fuel pump side of the main relay (grn/yel wire) from the ECU. (its new btw & didn't make any change)I found I can latch the relay ...
