Vehicle came in with idle problem. She says that in the mornings the vehicle revs up at 1,500-2,000 rpm and sometimes it surges up and down. When she puts it in gear the rpms stay above 1,000 rpm and kind-of picks up speed by it self with out giving it gas. Sh...
