1991 Honda Accord EX 2.2L Excessive Emissions
When performing the ASM test at 15 and 25 MPH the unit passes without a problem. Then when the Smog check is performed it has high CO%, sometimes at 15 MPH, sometimes at 25 MPH, and Sometimes both! AH, Then we do the ASM test it passes again at both speeds. So...
