1999 Honda Accord EX 3.0L No Start
Vehicle is an intermittent no start. I finally duplicated problem after 3 days of trying. There is a no spark condition when it occurred. Check engine light operates properly. Only DTC is P0401 Insufficient EGR flow. Is not related to no start. Every time I go...
