1996 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.2L No Start
I just need a quick answer to this one, if there is one available. Both Mitchell and Alldata show that there is a plate under the rear seat to remove the fuel pump without dropping the tank. I removed the rear seat and there is no plate. I guess I will have to...
