2002 Subaru Outback 2.5L No Start, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on, p1518
The car will fail to start the first time stalling during start up. Then once started it will act like the ecm shuts off momentarily and the engine will cut out then comeback before it has stalled. I preformed a wiggle test on everything I could find and check...
