Have a 2001 Toyota Echo 1.5 Changed the VVT gear on cam the, gear came locked I mistakenly installed gear dry & started the car. the car ran ok but the VVT would not unlock & set a 1349 code, took the VVT out, soaked it in oil you could lock & unlock it manual...
