2000 Lexus ES300 3.0L No Start
Security light flashes all the time. Can not communicate with PCM on either data line and jumping connecter E1 and T1 under hood does nothing. Have 12 volts to all PCM inputs and all grounds test good. The check engine light is on with KOEO also has 5 volt ref...
