1995 Lexus LS400 4.0L Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on, ping
Car was towed into our shop for a noise. Found noise to be
coming out of fan assymbly. An other tech replaced it. Went
to start it and it battery was dead.
