1994 Honda Civic EX 1.6L No Start
Vehicle was towed in with a crank, no start complaint. Went into the car to start it in the morning and started fine w/o any problems. There are no codes in the ECU memory and data looks normal. The vehicle has a new OEM FI main relay (customer had it replaced...
