1994 Toyota Celica GT 2.2L No Start
Well I just installed a used engine and now it will not start. I have spark but no injector pulse. With the key on I have power on both injector wires. With the scanner hooked up it will not give me any codes, On data display it doesnt show any rpm while crank...
