2004 Isuzu NPR 6.0L MIL Lamp on
Everyday use for a local school. Truck sits a lot, checked CAT temp last visit seemed okay. Am testing with a genisys, dealer replaced MAF a few years ago for same problem. Should I be loooking for a fuel, or an exhaust restriction? Flow at pipe seems okay.
