Checking out o2 sensor it reads .450 volts at 2500 rpm. Scanner indicates the vehicle is in closed loop but the voltage stays flat (scope pattern) at a constant rpm. When I blip the throttle the the pattern jumps straight up out of the 1 volt range of the scop...
