 
				
	| 2003 Honda Civic EX 1.7L MIL Lamp on I am trying to get this car thru our state inspection. I was thinking about geting a ECM from a non vtec civic and installing and reflash for imobilizer, to get rid of the P1259 code. But I have no vacuum to EGR valve, does anyone know if there is a difference...
