2001 Subaru Impreza Outback 2.2L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge
This car has a surging idle, and poor drivability in first gear. From the info on Mitchell, I tested 12V at the ECU (pin 5) and the info states it should be no greater than 3V. This seems a bit odd, but continued testing to find no other issues. The info says ...
