1994 Honda Civic LX 1.5L No Start
the fuel pump takes up to 10 min to turn on once the key is turned on. It is strange, you turn on the key and wait for the fuel pump to turn on then the car will start. It seems to me there is some type of timer but i cant find it, any help you can give woudl ...
