1995 Lexus ES300 3.0L No Start, no mil light
check engine light does not come on with key on. Wont start,has no spark or inj pulse. i checked inj fuse it was OK swapped out relay, still no check engine [...] does have 12v at the b+ term in diag. [...] for 5v at tps did not find any except for 1 wire that...
