1992 Subaru Loyale 1.8L MIL Lamp on
This vehicle is here for a Smog Inspection. The check engine light is on but no codes are present. The check engine light gets dim and bright randomly at idle. Have attempted code clearing procedure, even though there are no codes, but the light acts the same....
