1997 Honda Passport EX 3.2L Poor Idle Quality
This Honda is made by Izuzu. Engine will idle high and and stay there until Tps is disconnected it will return to normal idle and stay there. Tps voltage stable but throttle precentage will start at 0% and then go to 4% (it still has a normal ible at this time...
