
2002 Toyota Camry LE 3.0L No Start
Customer says this car will not start below -10 degrees f., or if it does start it will only idle. there is a bulletin on this but updated parts are over $1300.00. Can it be fixed with out buying all the expensive parts from Toyota and how?
