2002 Subaru Outback 2.5L codes, no CEL
Customer brought in this used car for check before buying. No CEL but scanned to see if monitors had run, got the above codes, but no CEL. Checked to make sure light would come on w/KOEO, yes. Can find no information on this weird problem, WHAT DOES IT ALL MEA...
