1995 Honda Civic CX 1.5L Surge, MIL Lamp on
HELP !!! Vehicle does the surg thing until 150 degrees then idle is normal, this throttle body does NOT have the idle bypass under the throttle body. Replaced IAC motor with a new one Fuel pressure is good Hot idle is 675 Throttle cable is loose
