1995 Honda Civic LX 1.5L No Start
the car won't start. It has spark, fuel pressure at the outlet of the fuel filter of 38lbs. When some gas is sprayed in the throttle body it will run. It feels as if no fuel is going in the fuel rail. Does this engine have a fuel shutoff on it?, or is somethin...
