1997 Toyota Avalon XL 3.0L Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out
It runs great cold but when it gets hot it will idle fine
and up to approx 2000 RPM it's OK. Higher RPM that whether
driving or no load it will surge, crackle pop back through
air cleaner. TIMING BELT IS FINE AND IN TIME! I got this
after the first guy.
