2001 Honda Accord EX 2.3L No Start
Customer stated car started to lose power and occasionally stall. Finally would not start at all. Car will start with starting fluid but cuts back off when ether is stopped. Fuel pump has 50 pounds of pressure at the tank. Unable to check pressure at the rails...
