1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited 3.4L Hesitation
Truck has no power. It Barely moves at light throttle. Falls flat over 1/4 throttle. Idles ok. Had code for O2 sensor heater, I tested it and the heater was open. I put on a new one B1S1. Checked it with scanner. It didn't work. It stays stuck at 660mv. I unpl...
