2001 Toyota Echo 1.5L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on, Excessive cranking
The vehicle is basically fixed except for when fill-up the vehicle or add more than 2 gallons of fuel it will start and then stall and go into an excessive cranking condition not loseing fuel pressure or spark or computer function
