2003 Honda Civic Hybrid 1.3L No Idle Stop
This vehicle will most times not idle stop,maybe once or twice a day will it work. Sometimes at a light it will idle stop after sitting like it should in stop and go traffic. I have tried with the climate control off or in economy and doesn't make any differen...
