1991 Honda Civic DX 1.5L No Start
someone please help this honda is driving me crazy. it was towed in for a no start. i have replaced the main relay. i do have fire and the timing is dead on. both injectors are pulsing all the time and the car wont start, it just keeps flooding. i have checked...
