1998 Honda Accord LX 2.3L RPM high when shift
Greeting Y'all. Once again, I'm stumped. The cust is complaining of the RPM not dropping when shifting gears. IE: foot off gas clutch in, RPM hangs, then drops. It is more noticable at around 3250 RPM. Above that it drops immeadiatly. Below 2500 RPM it's not n...
