My scanner will not bring up a code but car will not pass OBDII readiness. The scanner confirms this but the only thing I see is that there is an 'OPEN' by the FSS 2 line. Also the number 2 O2 sensor reading hovers aroun .7 volts and does not toggle up and dow...
