1999 Mitsubishi Mirage DE 1.5L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in with the MIL on and no data available through scanner. Tried a different scanner and results were the same. Terminal 16 on the data port has power and terminals 4 and 5 has a good ground. Scanners will not communicate. Any ideas???!!!!
