2001 Mitsubishi Montero Limited 3.5L MIL Lamp on
This car has a O2 heater code. It has power but ground is not being cycled by the computer. The other front sensor is being cycled perfectly. It looks to me like the hearer driver in the computer is bad. I'm looking for a second opinion.
