1999 Mitsubishi Montero Sport LS 3.0L MIL Lamp on, PO400A
EGR solenoid is getting vacuum but not letting it go through at throttle snap. plenty of vacuum at differential pressure switch .my scanner will not show manifold differential pressure reading which should be 20.6 to34.0 [...] wiring is good.
