1995 Mazda Millenia 2.3L TCS OFF on
After running some time when the engine reached the work
temperature, sometimes the "TCS OFF" lamp will turn on and
then the engine rpm is limited. If the ignition is turned
off and on again the problem is reset till the next
failure.
