1996 Mazda Protege DX 1.5L No Start, Hard Start Cold
As far as I can tell, this thing floods itself out. When I originally got it, it was running but poorly. LTFT was -25% and Lambda was 0.775. The idle was way off so I re-adjusted the TPS to just over 0.35 volts closed throttle and adjusted the idle to 750 rpm ...
