1996 Acura RL 3.5L MIL Lamp on, po401 egr code
this car will recode with the same po401 approximately every 3000 [...] insufficient flow. inspected egr passages and found them extremely [...] a chemical carbon remover through it and then replaced egr valve assembly using genuine lexus parts...still recodes...
