1992 Toyota Camry LE 2.2L No start cold
Hey Toyota Techs. I have this Camry in the shop right now that floods itself out when the temperatures are in the freezing mark. After letting car sit in warm shop and drying plugs off car will start.I don't know what I am overlooking and am hoping someone can...
