2004 Honda Civic EX 1.7L Hydraulic System
This vehicle has intermittent very stiff steering. We have tried the above repairs but the condition still exists. The fluid appeared airrated so we tried the re-seal, the airration seems to be gone but the problem is still there. We monitored the P/S pressure...
