2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5i 2.5L Power Steering
Vehicle came from body shop where they replaced the power steering pump and the rack and pinion. When turning the steering wheel while stationary or in motion the steering would shutter and make noise(staggered feeling on the steering wheel). Checked the belts...
