Found code C1258 in Skid Control ECU.

Followed flow chart, Tested and on step 5 found a bad 4x4 switch on transfer case. Replaced 4x4 switch and code came back.

Went back to flow chart for testing. on step 2 it says Skid ECU pin27 voltage to be 8-14v in 2x4...
